carrot juice combos As mentioned in an earlier post, drinking carrot juice is healthy for you. Carrot juices are energy drinks that get you up and going. Adding other vegetables like beet, parsley, sweet potato, cabbage, parsley, spinach, cucumber, kale, tomatoes, celery, radish, and green pepper to the carrot juice increase the nutritional value of the drink.

Some health benefits of carrot juice combos:

  • Beet juice is a good stimulant for the liver.
  • Parsley purifies the blood.
  • Sweet potato is an alkalinizer of the bloodstream and a mineralizer that contains enzyme for diabetics.
  • Cabbage is soothing for ulcers and gas.
