Make Your Own Homemade Soy Nuts

nuts Soy nuts are basically roasted whole soybeans that make a great and healthy snack! Soy nuts contain lots of protein and omega 3 fatty acids, and the best part is, they are very easy to make!

What you need:
1 bag of dry soy beans


  1. Soak the soybeans in a big pot of water for at least 6 hours.
  2. Remove the soybeans from the water and place the beans on a towel to dry.
  3. Place the soybeans on a baking pan and bake at 350°F for an hour, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  4. Add seasonings, spices, and/or sugar to suit you taste.
