Several weeks ago, my one year old daughter was tested for allergies and the results indicated that she was sensitive to wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and shellfish! Since I’m still breastfeeding, I have to avoid these foods as well. The combination of her allergies together with my husband’s allergies makes it quite challenging to find/prepare meals that everyone (including myself) can eat! It’s a good thing that I’m used to making everything from scratch. I just really miss being able to eat out or buy commercially packaged products. I especially miss my snacks/sweets (I have a sweet tooth) since store-bought snacks have wheat, eggs, or dairy.

Glutino Gluten-Free Wafer CookiesThe other day, I discovered and ordered these gluten-free lemon wafers from iHerb that I could eat! I was so happy to find these that I ate the entire box in one sitting!

Ingredients: Evaporated cane juice, potato flour, palm oil, soy oil, soy lecithin, citric acid, salt, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, lemon flavor. Contains soy. May contain peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, sesame and milk.

If you’d like to order stuff from iHerb, you can use the code GEQ947 for $5 off your first order!
