Here’s a quick list of grains and starches you can eat instead of wheat.

If you research teff a little more, you’ll find it can be a problem for those on gluten free diets. I was using it, and it took me a little while to figure out why I was having problems when I “thought” i was gluten free!

Can you get all of the gluten-free grains and starches you listed above in Shanghai?
