Few months ago, I saw that Carrefour started selling gluten-free products in the import section! I took a picture but never got around to posting it on the blog until now. Even though there are only three items (brownie mix, vanilla cake, and all purpose baking mix), it’s still a huge milestone for those living with wheat/gluten allergies in China!
Check out the ridiculous price tag underneath! FYI, 1 USD = ~6.8 RMB so that means these gluten-free mixes are almost $10 USD each!!
I didn’t buy any because I’ve already found all the raw ingredients I need for my gluten-free baking.
