Avocado Melon Smoothies

Here’s a delicious smoothies recipe for a summer evening.

Ingredients:

2 cups of cantaloupe or honey dew
1 avocado (pitted)
1 cup ice
1 cup coconut milk
honey or sweetener

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Add honey or sweetener to suit taste.
